The Student a PhD in Computer Science from one of the Top-ranked public universities in the United States

Full Scholarships are available to students while in the United States.

5-year degree program:

  1. First two years at Al-Quds Open University
  2. The last three years at Georgia State University
Highly competitive only five students a year
