In alignment with Al-Quds Open University’s vision of establishing itself as a leading academic and national institution, and with the expansion of its branches across Palestine to serve all segments of society, the University recognized the need to create the Public, International Relations, and Media Department.

Established alongside the launch of the University's services in 1991, the Department acts as a vital bridge between the University’s administration and the public, supporting the delivery of high-quality educational services and reinforcing QOU’s role as an employer, neighbor, counsellor, and educator.
