About HR Department:

Since its inception in 1990, QOU has sought to attract administrative and academic competencies in order to achieve its desired goals. It started its work with four employees who took over the task of establishing and putting the University on the right path, and today it reached about (1420) academic and administrative) employees.

In order to follow up on this huge staff, it was necessary to have a specialized department that takes care of all their affairs. The Department began its work under the name of the Personnel Affairs Department, and it administratively reports to the Vice President for Administrative Affairs. However, the increase in the number of employees at the university in addition to the increase in the tasks assigned to the department, and in line with the quality policies, its name was changed in 2007 from the Personnel Affairs Department to the Human Resources Department.

Providing excellent quality administrative services to the academic and administrative bodies based on the regulations, laws and instructions in accordance with the principles of comprehensive quality in order to reach a distinguished management in the field of human resource management.

 

Mission:

The Human Resources Department oversees workforce staffing that include providing highly qualified human resources of academics, administrators and technicians, as well as training them in order to raise the level of their performance, and to achieve high productivity in work in terms of quantity and quality, through planning, development and evaluation that is consistent with the University's goals.
