The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization / President of the State of Palestine appoints the Board of Trustees. The Board is composed of a Chairman and twenty members with relevant experience and expertise who are capable of carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to them, as specified by Decree-Law No. (6) for the year 2018, the university's statute for the year 2006.
His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas issued a decree to form the Board of Trustees for (2022-2025), chaired by Eng. Adnan Samarah and consisting of the following members:
