Al-Quds Open University

Tulkarm is situated on the western edge of northern West Bank, its central location between a plain and a mountain has made it commercially and strategically significant and has had a great impact on its growth. It is 15 kilometers far from the Mediterranean Sea with an elevation ranging from 65-125m above the Sea level. It has an area of 13790 donums with a population of around 60000 people.

Tulkarm Branch

The Center was established in 1992 in a small rented building. In May 2001, the Branch moved to another building due to the increasing number of the enrolled students.

Tulkarm Branch had a clear impact on the residents of the Governorate; it organizes conferences, workshops and seminars at all levels (political, social, academic) within the social responsibility of QOU.
