Required Documents for Application:
- A copy of the applicant's identity card or passport
- A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
- Four recent photographs of the applicant (size 4*6)
- A certified copy of the high school transcript
- A certified copy of the community college transcript ( if available)
- Payment voucher of the application fees (registration copy).
