Al-Quds Open University participated in the 2025 ‘International Credit Mobility’ (ICM) Exchange Meeting, hosted by Braganca Polytechnic University in Portugal. QOU was represented by Ms. Lina Abu Hilal from the Academic Administration department.
The meeting was held as part of the Erasmus+ program, funded by the European Union, and involved universities from various Arab and European countries. The main aim of the meeting was to foster collaboration between participating universities by exploring opportunities for joint initiatives during the 2025–2026 academic year. These initiatives include student and academic exchanges, as well as collaborative research programs under the exchange framework.
During her visit, Ms. Abu Hilal took part in workshops and meetings that addressed potential areas for future cooperation, such as developing joint academic programs and participating in student and academic competitions organized by the host institution.
As part of this exchange, four students from Al-Quds Open University will have the opportunity to study at Braganca Polytechnic University for a semester during the 2025–2026 academic year. The participating students will pursue their studies in various disciplines, including Business Administration, Technology, and English Language
