After successfully completing the first phase of the hybrid Innovation hub by training 420 young people aged 16 to 29 on 21st-century skills and employment skills in Tubas and the Jordan Valley, the Continuing Education and Community Service Center (CEC) at QOU was granted a project to complete the second phase. In the coming phase, the project will target 100 trainees from the same age group in Hebron and Ramallah to develop their 21st-century skills and employment skills, enabling them to compete for employment opportunities in national, regional, and global markets, providing them (especially women) with the necessary resources to develop innovative project ideas in a cooperative educational environment, and equipping them with the necessary skills to market their products.

"This project is the result of exceptional efforts by the team at the center and the university's branches to successfully complete the first phase of the project, as well as the university's continuous support for this project in providing the university's graduates and young people with the necessary skills to find employment," said Dr. Mahmoud Hawamdeh, Director of the Continuing Education and Community Service Center. The project coordinator, Ms. Saidah Abu Halawa, stated that "the second phase will last four months and we will coordinate with the university's branches in Ramallah and Hebron to announce it to young people who wish to benefit from this project."
