In a distinguished ceremony, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Mahmoud Abu Muwais, alongside the European Union Representative, Mr. Alexandre Stutzmann, and Professor Abdul Karim Daraghmeh, Director of the Erasmus+ Office in Palestine, honored the achievement of Al-Quds Open University in winning Erasmus + project this year, titled "Enhancing Capacities in the Field of Plant Breeding and Biotechnology."

The honoring ceremony was attended by Prof.  Muhammad Titi, the Assistant to the President of QOU, Dr. Mahmoud Hawamdeh, Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Community Service, and Dr. Aziz Salama Project Coordinator.
