Prof. Younes Amr, President of Al Quds Open University, discussed with Advisor Mohammed Haj Qasem, President of the Supreme Constitutional Court, ways of cooperation to qualify cadres of the Constitutional Court in various fields and meet the needs of the Court.

Advisor Haj Qasem pointed out that a large number of the employees of the Constitutional Court are either QOU students or graduates. The advisor also added that the work of the Court is complicated for the multiplicity of laws in Palestine, and this requires a great effort to develop the constitutional system.

Prof Amr said that QOU considers this meeting as a beginning of partnership and cooperation between the two parties in many fields especially in the field of technology, media, and other areas provided by the University. Prof. Amr thanked the members of the constitutional court for their interest in cooperating with educational institutions.
