The two QOU students, Ahmed Samir Yassin and Iman Talib Abu Naim , exchange students  from the Faculty of Agriculture at Al-Quds Open University who are doing a semester at Ahi Evran University, honored Prof. Vatan Karakaya President of Ahi Evran University, and presented him an honorary shield on behalf of Prof. Younes Amr thanking Ahi Evran for the continuous and fruitful cooperation between the two sides.

For his part, Prof. Karakaya stressed the importance of establishing relations with Palestinian universities, led by Al Quds Open University, which is one of the most important Palestinian universities and the largest in Palestine.

Prof. Karakaya added that this cooperation comes in the interest of Ahi Evran University to enhance communication with the Palestinian people in an attempt to prevent its isolation from the countries of the world, stressing the importance of the common history linking the Arab and Turkish nations.

It is noteworthy that the two students are studying at Ahi Evran University for one semester under the Erasmus + project for academic exchange.
