Al-Quds Open University and the Palestinian Federation of Industries of the Palestinian Businessmen Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding and networking. The MOU was signed by Prof. Jihad Al-Batsh, Vice-President for the Gaza Strip Affairs, on behalf of QOU and by Mr. Ali al-Hayek, Chairman of the Association, on behalf of the Association.

Prof.  Al-Batsh welcomed Mr. Al-Hayek and the accompanying delegation, conveying the greetings of the President of QOU, Prof. Younes Amr, and his appreciation and keenness on networking with  various institutions, appreciating the role of the Palestinian Businessmen Association and the Palestinian Federation of Industries in supporting the national industry and the national product and sustainable economic development wishing further fruitful cooperation between the University and the Association.

Al-Hayek thanked Al-Quds Open University and praised its role in serving the citizens. He praised the University for its Outstanding Role in supporting all that can benefit Palestine and the Palestinians, stressing the need to deepen the bilateral relations between the University and the Federation.

The Memorandum of Understanding is a protocol memorandum to open the horizons of cooperation between the University and the association. The most important of these prospects is to support the national product, develop students’ creativity and support entrepreneurship projects at the University.
