On Tuesday 27/11/2018, QOU President Prof. Amr welcomed Dr. Murat Ertugul from Anadolu University who is the main speaker at the ICTC day that will be held on Thursday 29/11/2018 in Al-Bireh.

The 12th ICTC day will be held under the auspices of H.E. Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah under the title “Financial Technology”. Prof. Amr welcomed the guest speaker and appraised the Turkish universities support for the Palestinian universities in the different fields. He also mentioned his pride to cooperate with the Turkish universities through various agreements and indicated his hopes towards a more productive cooperation with Anadolu University.

Prof. Amr briefed the guest about the importance of that this event that is held annually by QOU and he expressed his gratitude for the guest speakers who participate in the success of the event.

Dr. Ertugul thanked QOU for inviting him and for their warm welcoming and mentioned that he will present a paper about mobile technology in financial affairs.
