On Monday 21/11/2018, QOU, ACTED and MA'AN Development Center signed a memorandum of understanding at QOU headquarter in Ramallah. The MOU aims at enhancing partnership and cooperation in field of digital blending of students and graduates.
Prof. Mohammed Shahin, the President Assistant for Students Affairs signed on behalf of QOU, Mr. Micolai Radikli, General Director of ACTED in Palestine on behalf of ACTED and MR. Sami Khader, General Director of MA'AN Development Center on behalf on the Center.
The MOU aims at enabling ACTED and MA’AN to implement a number of activities under “digital blending for universities students and graduates” project that is funded by the French agency (AFD) in 2018-2021 that targets youth graduates and students. The project aspires to overcome obstacles that face development through recruiting all the potentials in the digital tools and enhancing the Palestinian youth abilities through improving their digital skills. A number of activities will be implemented in Gaza Strip and the West Bank: Hebron, Ramallah & Al-Bireh and the northern and eastern regions in Jerusalem.
