On Tuesday 23/10/2018, QOU hosted a delegation from the American Notre Dame University as part of establishing a Palestinian research center for improving the researchers’ abilities project. This project aims at establishing a center that gathers researchers from the private sector, Palestinian universities and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education for experience exchange to create new researchers to improva and enhance scientific research in Palestine.
