On Saturday 13/10/2018, QOU and Ram College in Golan signed a cooperation agreement in the academic field during a meeting that took place at QOU headquarter in Ramallah. Prof. Younis Amr QOU President signed the agreement on behalf of QOU and Ms. Nahida Halabi Ram College director and Dr. Nayef Al-Bathish the academic director for QOU program in Ram College signed in behalf of Ram College.

The agreement includes joint efforts to provide academic services for students in Golan area in the majors available at QOU. The learning process and the exams are conducted in accordance with the accredited e-learning system, and the students follow syllabus and curricula that the University provides in its different majors. All exams are conducted at QOU branches.

QOU provides the bachelor degree for the students who are enrolled at the University through Ram College and pass all needed requirements for the major of enrollment.
