On Saturday 06/10/2018, The Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah representing Mr. President Mahmoud Abbas honored QOU President Prof. Younis Amr during the opening of the Third National Forum for innovation and entrepreneurship in Palestine that was held this year under the title: “supporting innovation from day one to achievement”. The forum was organized by the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence in the Red Crescent theatre in Al-Bireh.

This honoring was received by QOU for its continuous support for the work of the Third National Forum and the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence and for the efforts of QOU channel to publish this national event. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence Eng. Adnan Samarah, the Executive director for Paltel Mr. Ammar Al-Aker, the Head of the Preparatory Committee Eng. Aref Hussaini and the Vice President of the European Union in Jerusalem Mr. Thomas Ericson.

QOU suite at the forum witnessed noticeable attendance by the official figures who were impressed by QOU publications that reflect the development of the University.
