On Sunday 30/09/2018, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Continuing Education and community Service Center, in cooperation with GLOW Company celebrates the graduation of Programming course students from different schools in Tulkarm governorate.

The event was conducted under the auspices of his excellence Dr. Sabri Saidam, Minister of Education, the participation of Prof. Younis Amr, QOU President, Major General Isam Abu Baker, Tulkarm Governor and Eng. Hasan Omar, Director of GLOW Company and with the attendance of a number of official figures.
