Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at QOU issued volume 23th and 24th of the journal of Al-Quds Open University for Educational & Psychological Research & Studies. The journal is a scientific refereed one that is listed in the international and Arab database like Google Scholar and others. It also acquired the Arab Impact Factor. The journal is issued in April, August and December. 

The volumes include 30 research at the local, Arab and regional topics in the field of Education and psychology. The published researches include two researches from QOU, six researches from Palestinian universities and organizations and twenty-two from other Arab and Islamic states. The journal used the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for the first time; this system is used to protect the intellectual property for researches, books, theses or conference. This system also responds for the need to join the international data-bases like Scopus, ISI and DOAJ.
