On Wednesday, 05/09/2018 QOU and Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabi University sign a cooperation agreement in research and academic fields during a meeting that was held at QOU headquarter in Ramallah. The agreement was signed with the attendance of a delegation from the Ecuadorian embassy in Palestine headed by the ambassador.

Prof. Younis Amr signed on behalf of QOU and Prof. Alejandro Slorzano, President of Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabi University signed on behalf of Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabi University.

Prof. Amr welcomed the guests and expressed his interest in more cooperation between Palestine and the Ecuadorian universities in academic and research fields. Prof. Amr briefed the guests about the development that QOU witnessed and introduced them to the blended learning curriculum that QOU adopts.

The Ecuadorian ambassador thanked QOU for signing the agreement that enhances the scientific and academic cooperation between Palestine and Ecuador; he stated that the Ecuadorian embassy considers this agreement as a way to enhance relations between the Palestinian and Ecuadorian people. He also added that he is confident that the cooperation with QOU is a benefit for the Ecuadorian universities.
