A graduate of "Al Quds Open University " joins "Meta" team

 Samed Hajaleh, a graduate of Al-Quds Open University joined "Meta" company, formerly known as Facebook, as a software engineer in the company's branch in London. Hajajleh's joining the Meta Platform came only a few weeks after his graduation from al-Quds Open University with a BA degree in Computer Information Systems.

Hajaleh represented Palestine in several international competitions leading Palestine to achieve the bronze medal in the International Olympiad in Informatics, which was held recently in Norway with the participation of (104) countries from around the world .

He extended his special thanks to everyone who helped him reach this global level, especially al -Quds Open University and the "Mishkat" project, noting that his experience proved that Palestine has talents that can compete at the global level if supported and an incubating environment is provided for them.

Prof.  Samir Najdi, The President of the University, congratulated Hajajleh, wished him success in his job at (META), pointing out that this achievement is  a motivation for Palestinian youth to believe in their talents and their ability to compete in  global markets.
