QOU and The University of Kairouan sign a cooperation agreement

 On Wednesday 03/02/2021, Al-Quds Open University and the Tunisian University of Kairouan signed a cooperation agreement between the two sides, through virtual classroom technology. The agreement was signed by Prof. Younes Amr, the President of QOU, and Dr. Hammadi Al-Masoudi, the President of University of Kairouan.

The agreement aims to consolidate the existing cooperation relations between the two countries, and to lay the foundations for fruitful and constructive cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research.

The agreement includes the exchange of the academic, administrative and technical framework, joint supervision of master's theses and doctoral theses, and the exchange of training, teaching and scientific production programs, as well as books, magazines and publications. It also includes delegating faculty  members as visiting professors to give lectures on specializations of importance to both parties, and to contribute to the discussion of master's and doctoral theses, within the framework of respecting the laws and regulations in force in both countries.
