Gaza Branch organizes its first scientific technology forum

 QOU branch in Gaza organized its first scientific technology forum, within the goals and vision of the University, to employ modern technology in the scientific and educational field and to shed the light on the most prominent global technological developments.

The forum, which was held over two days, included nine specialized working papers in the field of technology and electronic developments in our contemporary world.

Prof. Marwan Darwish, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs gave a speech hoping for the conference success and coming out with recommendations that serve society in the technological field, explaining that this  first scientific forum held by the university branch in Gaza is an embodiment of the university’s mission and its role in establishing excellence and technological innovation in which the university has made a great achievement

Dr. Eng. Islam Amr, Assistant to the President of the University for Technology and Production Affairs/ Chairman of the higher supervisory committee for this forum, emphasized  in his speech that the aim of the forum is to enhance cooperation at several levels, and to emphasize the cooperation of the University with various sectors of society, and connect QOU students with these sectors in training and educational fields.

The Forum included an exhibition of  distinguished innovative projects by the students and active participation of technology students from the Ministry of Education.
