- 1973-1977: School teacher and educational manager in Libya.
- 1977-1980: Instructor of Arabic and Hebrew at Hebron University.
- 1980-1985: Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Head of the Arabic Language division at Hebron University.
- 1985-1990: Dean of Scientific Research at Hebron University.
- More than once through thirteen years: Deputy Persistent of Hebron University.
- 1990-2001: Director of Hebron Educational center of al-Quds Open University.
- 1995-2001: Vice President for Administrative Affairs at al-Quds Open University.
