Growth of Numbers of Employees at QOU
The Directorate of Administrative affairs has to cope with the great growth of QOU student population which implemented a collateral growth in the size of work force. The number of employees has been increasing in all University centers and offices. (The chart at the end of this page shows the growth in the number of employees from 1991-2003).
To organize the big size of the work force of QOU the Directorate has made use of the emerging IT industries and cooperated with the ITCC Centre to computerize systems of all its divisions and to conduct training courses for employees who were going to work on accomplishing this task.
Facing the challenges of the difficult situation in Palestine, GDAA has so far succeeded to fulfill its mission, and is looking forward to achieve more progress and development.
