Salfeet city is surrounded from the northeast by Nablus District, from the northwest by Qalqiliya District, from the west by Kufur Qasim and from the south by RamAllah District. Salfeet is a beautiful city, which is characterized by its moderate climate in summer. It is located on hills, and surrounded by several mountains, where farmers plant and cultivate olive trees, vineyards, figs and almonds. There is a large number of water springs in and around the city. Salfeet city is the center of the Governorate and is an important commercial center for the 24 surrounding villages. There are several governmental offices and institutions in the city. The12000 inhabitants of Salfeet City are proud of the educational sector in their city because there are four modern schools for males and females in addition to Al-Quds Open University.
