Transference Policy
Transference from one program to another, or form one specialization to another is permitted inside the university and from other universities after the submission of a transfer request to the Directorate of the educational region or center. If a transfer is accepted from outside the university, there will be an equation to the courses the student has passed if they are identical to courses offered by Al-Quds Open University; however, the marks of these courses are not included in the calculation of the student’s aggregation mark.
