Withdrawal from a Semester
- A student may withdraw from fall or spring semester during the first four weeks of the semester. As for students who wish to drop the summer term, they should do so not later than two weeks from the start of the semester. In these cases withdrawn students are not registered in the semesters’ student records.
- Students who wish to drop semesters after the mentioned deadlines in item (a) should withdraw three weeks before the final examinations and their petition should be approved by the Director of his Educational Region. A withdrawn student will receive a grade of “W” for all semester courses.
- A student who withdraws after the announced deadlines in item (a) and before the final examinations without submitting the appropriate formal petition will receive a grade of (0) for all semester courses, and this should count in his semester grades record and his cumulative average.
