General Principles

1. Directors of study centers are in charge to regularly follow up with students on their academic progression, and to make sure Graduation is certified when all academic requirements are complete.
2. Graduation requires both academic and financial clearance from the University branch since these rules are released and circulated among all registered learners, no learner has the right to claim unawareness of these rules.
3. Baccalaureate degree is valid starting from the date of its approval.
4. University Council is entitled to resolve any problems that might evolve.
