Admission Requirements and Procedures

All applicants must submit an admission application form to Al-Quds Open University (QOU) on the condition it meets the following specific admission requirements:

1. The General Secondary Certificate Examination (Tawjeehi) or an equivalent certificate, with a minimum average of 65% for new school leavers and 55% for old one.
2. Graduates of the Tawjeehi Scientific Stream are qualified to enrol in all programmes, while graduates of the Literary, Industrial, Agricultural, Commercial, and Nursing Streams may enrol in programmes of a scientific nature, provided they pass a remedial exam specified to each stream and specialization.
3. Transference within the University from one program to another, or form one specialization to another is allowed students coming into the University from other universities or community colleges can be accepted with transferred credits, provided certain conditions are met.
