Al Quds Educational Satellite Channel presents special programs during Ramadan and harvests millions of views

 Al Quds Educational Channel presented a series of special programs that were broadcasted during the holy month of Ramadan and during the days of Eid Al Fitr, harvesting millions of views on the social networking sites of the satellite Channel.

In this context, the Director of Al Quds Educational satellite Channel, Dr. Eng. Islam Amr, commented: "The Channel has witnessed a great development during Ramadan month and presented a series of distinctive programs compared to same period last year  , for the occurrence  of the previous  Ramadan, two months after the launching  of the channel , which was a great difficulty and a greater challenge for us,  but the team of the channel  at that time managed to  develop  short plans to launch a program for Ramadan 2016 and did well.   Amr thanked all who assisted the Channel in the production process;  the National Bank and the Arab Islamic Bank, which offered donations to support production and support the sustainability of the channel and added that the educational channel has a professional staff and said: "We are delighted with the achievements of Al-Quds Educational Channel and with the full and unlimited support of the Board of Trustees of the University and its administration, and this success is represented in more than 15 million views of its production during the month of Ramadan.

Dr. Eng Amr also explained that Al Quds Educational Channel, as the first educational Channel in Palestine, forms a qualitative addition to the Palestinian media. "The Channel addresses a wide audience in Palestine, despite its limited resources  and added that Al Quds educational Channel is ready, within its available resources as a Palestinian educational Channel, to support new emerging talents.

With regard to the production of educational programs, Dr. Eng. Amr said that Al Quds Educational Channel has much to provide in the coming stage. The Channel will witness a change in the nature of the educational programs it offer and interacting with the academic community inside and outside the university and will target general education and child’s education for the entire community segments.
